Caring for your rug.
Our handmade rugs are professionally cleaned after they are made overseas. During the shipping process, the rugs can wrinkle, but don't fret, this is normal. Simply roll your rug tightly, lengthwise for 5 - 6 days and the wrinkles will release.
At home, you can keep your rug clean by vacuuming as needed with the beater brush turned off. To spot treat, use boiling water and clear dish soap. Be sure to blot and never rub.
If you see a loose thread on your rug, simply take a pair of scissors and trim it. This will not leave a hole, we promise!
