This rug is made to order and will ship in approximately 90-120 days.
This rug can be made to order in any size.
For runners, please allow an additional 3 weeks for production.
For custom sizes not listed, please email hello@theloomandcompany.com.
Materials/Care
After they are hand knotted in India, our rugs are professionally washed and need no further preparation before use.
Clean at home by vacuuming as needed or spot treat by dabbing with warm water and a clear mild dish soap.
Our Oushak inspired rugs are hand knotted with wool on a cotton backing for durability.

Payment plans are offered through our partner, Affirm. Split your payment into 4 installments with a linked credit or debit card. Interest free and completely safe and secure.

- If your rug is from our MADE TO ORDER collection, you can expect looming to complete and it to ship within 90 - 120 days from the order date.
- If your rug is from our QUICK SHIP collection, you can expect looming to complete and it to ship within 60 - 75 days from your order date.
- If your rug is from our IN-STOCK collection, you can expect items to ship out within 3 - 5 business days.
- If your rug is from our LUXE collection, you can expect items to ship out within 15-175 business days.
- Orders will ship for FREE throughout the continental US.
- Residents of Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally, please reach out for shipping options.
- As all of our rugs are made by hand, each may have slight inconsistencies or unique qualities. These variants are what make your rug truly one-of-a-kind.
- Due to their handmade nature, colors on your rug may vary slightly in their appearance compared to how they look online but never extensively so.
- Rug patterns, borders and motifs will all scale with size, so your final product may vary slightly from what is shown online.
- Product lengths and widths may vary up to 1-3" from standard sizing due to unique handmade nature.
RETURNS
+ Loom & Co. offers returns within 30 days of receipt of product.
+ A $250 restocking fee OR store credit will be incurred on all items.
+ Loom & Co. does not accept returns or cancellations on the following items:
- Custom Orders
- Sample Cards
- Art
- Gift cards
- Any final sale or discounted items
+ Loom & Co. is not responsible for return shipping costs. The client is 100% responsible for return shipping costs.
+ Loom & Co. requires all returned rug(s) be professionally wrapped and shipped by our preferred carriers - FedEx or UPS.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
+ Upon return receipt, Loom & Co. will inspect item(s) to ensure no damage has been incurred prior to issuing any refund.
+ Loom & Co. reserves the right to refuse return items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.
+ Loom & Co. offers two types of refunds:

Returns made within 30 days of receipt of the product may be issued a refund - minus a $250 restocking fee - back to the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

- Returns made within 30 days of receipt of the product may be issued store credit, without incurring a restocking fee.
EXCHANGES

+ Loom & Co. reserves the right to refuse exchanged items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.
