The only difference between these collections is the lead time. All of our rugs are handmade in India and Turkey.  

Ready to Ship - lead time 3-5 days

Our ready-to-ship collection consists of limited inventory that is currently in stock at our warehouse. This inventory changes daily and will ship within 3-5 business days. 

Quick Ship - lead time 60-70 days

Our quick-ship collection has a faster lead time of generally 60-70 days from order placement.

Please note Quick Ship rugs areonly available in sizes 8x8, 8x10, 9x12, 10x10 10x14, 12x12, 12x15.

Ships in a bit - lead time 90-150 days

Our ships-in-a-bit collection has a lead time of 90-150 days from order placement.

Custom Orders - lead time varies

Custom rugs are designed with your input to your exact specifications. Custom orders can consist of any of the following: custom color, design and/or size. Lead times vary depending on final rug design. 

Email us! Our rugs are made-to-order and we can customize ANY size. 

We strongly recommend sticking to half and whole foot increments because these rugs are hand knotted and therefore we allow for 1-6 inch variance in sizing.

Please note ALL custom sizes will add an additional 2-3 weeks to quoted lead time for the rug.

All of oushak-style rugs are made from 100% hand-knotted wool with cotton backing, except the Luxe Collection. 

Our Luxe Collection is a capsule collection of authentic turkish pieces handwoven using 100% wool and organic vegetable dye. 

All of our rugs are made by hand and knotted by hand. We never use machines, which is why buyers of these rugs understand and appreciate the charm and natural imperfections of our handmade rugs, can, and most likely will occur - this is what makes them one-of-a-kind! 

You should expect slight variations in color, pattern, spacing and in some cases, exterior composition. The wool itself can feel hard or look different on different parts of the rug. 

Our production team works slowly and meticulously on hundreds of thousands of knots to make these one of a kind masterpieces. We take the utmost care of inspecting each and every order prior to shipping our rugs and if it's a natural variation, as listed above, we ship them out to our clients as we do not consider them damaged or flawed.

Our photos are not filtered in any way and are taken in natural light. Due to differences in computers and other smart device screens, the best way to see true color is to order a color card. 

We do not offer 1x1 samples, rather we offer color cards which are showcased in a deconstructed form to assist and help with color matching and palette perfection!These color cards are intended to be used as a GUIDE ONLY. Colors can vary based on dye lots. Once woven tightly together, colors can become more saturated. 

Color Cards will ship within 1-2 business days via USPS. If the rug you are wanting does not have a sample available, please check back as we will be updating often as they become available.

Our oushak-style rugs are handmade in India and Turkey by third generation weavers.

Because most of our rugs are made to order, they can be customized to any size you need. All custom size rugs will add an additional 1-3 weeks to lead time.

* Please note that due to their handmade nature, rugs can vary in consistency with unique variants and can vary from published size from 1-6 inches. Therefore, we only offer custom sizes in whole and half foot increments.

Yes! We sell rug pads on our site and we strongly recommend them!

Clean at home by vacuuming (BEATER BRUSH TURNED OFF!) as needed or spot treat by dabbing with hot water and a clear mild dish soap. 

It’s imperative that you NEVER use a beater brush on our rugs as this can pull the knots and damage the rug.

If needed, you can have your rug professionally cleaned by a company that specializes in handmade oushak rugs.

Immediately unwrap your rug to avoid deep wrinkles. 

Roll it tight like a tootsie roll and leave for 24-48 hours.

You can also lay your rug flat but know the wrinkles will take longer to fall.

Some shedding will occur due to the wool fiber content and should diminish over time. 

DO NOT PULL! Use scissors to clip loose threads - this is normal when there are over 288,000 knots!

To store your rug, roll tight like a tootsie roll, face side out, and cover with white or light colored cloth in a cool dry place. 

Loom & Co. offers returns within 30 days of receipt of product. A $250 restocking fee per rug will be incurred.

Loom & Co. does not accept returns or cancellations on the following items:

• Custom Orders
• Sample/Color Cards
• Art
• Gift cards
• Any final sale or discounted items

Loom & Co. is not responsible for return shipping costs. The client is 100% responsible for return shipping costs.

Loom & Co. requires all returned rug(s) be professionally wrapped and shipped by our preferred carriers - FedEx or UPS.

Upon return receipt, Loom & Co. will inspect item(s) to ensure no damage has been incurred prior to issuing any refund.

Loom & Co. reserves the right to refuse return items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

Returns made within 30 days of receipt of product will be issued a refund - minus a $250 restocking fee per rug - back to the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

Loom & Co. will accept exchanges within 30 days of receipt of product.

Loom & Co. reserves the right to refuse exchanged items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.
