- Returns will be accepted within 5 days of delivery for store credit only by emailing us at email@example.com first. Once approved for return, rug must be taken to Fedex for wrapping and shipping.
- Merchandise must be received in "like new" condition and subject to inspection before store credit is issued. Returns received with any signs of wear or damage will be refused and returned at customer's shipping expense.
- All custom orders (size or color) are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- All art orders are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Order cancellations must be received within 24 hours of placing order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org After 24 hours we are unable to ensure any cancellations.
